Ryan Mehner has significant experience in financial, economic, and litigation consulting, with an emphasis in providing litigation support and damages quantification for intellectual property and other commercial disputes, including patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and breach of contract.

Mr. Mehner has advised businesses, government entities, and laws firms operating in a number of industries in analyzing profits, costs, cash flows, competitive and market trends, and other financial and economic issues. He has performed financial and economic damages analysis and calculations, including lost profits, reasonable royalties, and disgorgement of profits. He has also assisted businesses and individuals with intellectual property valuation, royalty compliance, licensing, and intellectual property commercialization.

Mr. Mehner received a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
