Kristi Inglish has testified and consulted clients on intellectual property matters. While practicing at a “Big 4” accounting firm, she also led a number of financial investigations and performed due diligence on large-scale business transactions. Ms. Inglish regularly assists businesses, government entities, and law firms in analyzing profits, costs, cash flows, market trends, valuations, relevant regulations and laws, and other financial data. She has analyzed economic damages in a wide array of contexts such as matters involving claims of breach of contract, business interruption, copyright infringement, patent infringement, trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary responsibility, fraud, and trade secret misappropriation.  Such damages assessments have included the evaluation of various damages remedies including lost profits, disgorgement of profits, diminishment of business value, and reasonable royalties.

Ms. Inglish has lectured on intellectual property and economic damages issues at the University of California, Irvine (School of Engineering) and the University of San Diego (School of Law). She has also co-authored multiple articles on the topic of apportionment, which have been published by the AIPLA and by IAM.

Ms. Inglish graduated summa cum laude and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Westmont College.  She was the top graduate in the Economics and Business Program. In addition, she is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
